Cavell Healthcare was shortlisted for six national Stars of Social Care Awards this year

We were shortlisted for the Outstanding Home Care Provider category of the Year and Deputy Manager for Norwich Miranda Welton was highly commended in the Frontline Leader category.
Deputy Manager for Lowestoft Joanne Williams was a finalist for the Outstanding Contribution to Home Care award, and also the award for Reducing Social Isolation.
Operations Manager Victoria Lee was shortlisted for the Head of People award as well as the Great Marketeer award, alongside colleague Recruitment Consultant Charlotte Goodrick.
The purpose of the awards is to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated excellence within the social care workforce and who go above and beyond to support those who are most vulnerable in our communities.
Cavell Healthcare’s General Manager Christina Rowland said: “Our aim is to support people to live life the way they choose and be as independent as possible in their own homes. The care our staff provide makes a real difference to people’s lives and I’m very proud that so many colleagues have been recognised for the commitment and enthusiasm they demonstrate in their work every day.”
