Our Care Hero for the month of April is the lovely Pippa!We always receive such incredible feedback about Pippa – the words most often used to describe her are kind, caring and compassionate.
As with so many of our Care Heroes, when we presented Pippa with her certificate, letter and gift voucher, she was so surprised! She said it was not what she was expecting at all!
Pippa joined the Cavell family in September 2020 and she speaks passionately about her clients and colleagues. She says her favourite part of the day is going home knowing she has done a good job and made a difference to someone else and their lives.
Here at Cavell Healthcare we love to recognise and celebrate the success of our care staff. We know our team is amazing and each and every one of them plays an invaluable part in providing the excellent care our clients receive.
