Lisa began her journey with Cavell as a Homecare Worker in October 2022 after working with cars for more than 20 years. She has been a key asset to the team, advancing to Senior Care Assistant for Cromer, Field Care Supervisor, and was promoted to Deputy Manager for Cromer in July 2024 after completing her NVQL4 in Health and Social Care.
Lisa is one of the first ports of call for care staff, and they all see her as a friendly face due to her history of working in the field with them. She has great relationships with colleagues and staff and is continuing to build relationships, both within Cavell Healthcare and externally.
As well as completing her day-to-day jobs, Lisa also ventures out regularly into the field to see how her colleagues are getting on and to provide support to them when needed.
Lisa’s colleagues describe her as “outgoing, friendly, reliable and hardworking”.
