Rachel is the Registered Manager for the entirety of Cavell Healthcare, overseeing all three offices. She has been in the care sector since the early 2000s, starting off as a care worker whilst raising a family.
She has bundles of experience in all areas of the company and is responsible for overseeing the company as whole. One of her jobs is to ensure that each office is compliant; Rachel is the main port of call for CQC and has a brilliant reputation with them.
Rachel is a trusted member of the team and has excellent relationships with our staff, clients and multi-disciplinary teams.
She is dedicated to delivering an outstanding service and her wealth of experience makes this possible. She is a hardworking, dedicated individual who prides herself on the high standards of her team.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and riding her motorbike!
