Charmaine started with Cavell Healthcare in 2020 after her previous career as a funeral director, which she done for 15 years. In 2023, Charmaine won the ECCH home care worker of the year award!
Before all of this, Charmaine worked in retail and gained her NVQ in retail management, she was even nominated for apprentice of the year.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time her Granddaughter and her 2 dogs , Blue and Molly.
Charmaine is the Field care supervisor for Rural areas including Stalham and Wroxham.
