Vicki started her career in health and social care as a Homecare Worker back in 2010, before advancing to a Senior Care Worker and gaining more knowledge and experience within the sector.
Vicki has been a key part of Cavell Healthcare since its early days in 2016. Having been given the opportunity to develop herself both professionally and personally, she has worked her way up from a Compliance Assistant to Operations Manager, all while earning her Level 5 in Leadership and Management, with a Distinction!
Vicki won the Workforce Development Award at the Great British Care Awards in 2023 for her commitment to ensuring our staff are the finest amongst the region.
Being responsible for the processing of all staff payroll and client invoicing, Vicki is kept thoroughly busy throughout her week!
