Charlotte joined Cavell Healthcare in February 2023 as an Administrator, after working as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home for four years. She has been in the care sector since 2018 and holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Charlotte was promoted to Recruitment Consultant in August 2023 and is now responsible for the recruitment process across the company, overseeing job advertisements and compliance matters.
She brings a positive attitude to her work and thoroughly enjoys meeting new people.
In her spare time, Charlotte likes to spend time with her son and enjoys baking, walks on the beach and spending time with her niece and nephew!
