Lisa Ashford
Lisa joined Cavell as a Homecare Worker in October 2022 after over 20 years in the automotive industry. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Senior Care Assistant, Field Care Supervisor, and Deputy Manager for Cromer in July 2024 after earning her NVQL4 in Health and Social Care….
